Forum UPDATE V. 1.03

VERSION 1.03:

Not much change. I fixed some small bugs like the topic had to be 10 characters long. It at least has to be 3 characters long.

Another note is I payed for about 5 months of control over the toolbar. We're free to change the picture at anytime as well as the text and make the text link somewhere. I'll probably change the text daily with some sort of quote or inside joke within our little stream group.

Also, I'll change banner daily.

You can leave feedback here on the forum if you have any ideas. I'll make a Forum Feedback and Contribution Thread set up for later.

+Added a chatbox at bottom of homepage. Message can be left and read later kinda like a whiteboard? I'll leave it up and see if we'll keep it.
