*Pokes head about* Oh hai.

Sooo, I have not touched a forum in probably about 10 years or so, mostly since I lurk everywhere. Why am I doing so now? Maybe to feel like I'm actually doing something important on the internet other then browsing random sites/pictures/streams & whatnot.

Anyways, hi I'm Rob, just another introvert random about on the net. I've been about a bit here & there streaming-wise, Twitch for a majority of it but more & more may poke a hitbox stream at some point. Outside of my random game streaming failures, I'm pretty bland. As stated, I probably spend way too much time looking at various weird things instead of doing something active like going through my massive backlog of games/anime/manga, although hard for me to do so when one of the main games I play is a rogue game where a successful run takes at least 16 hours.

I'm a huge board game nut, used to play couple times a week with various people in my town but due to where I live now can't partake in that. Despite that, I have a fairly decent sized collection, with plans to add more in the future whenever I get the money set aside for it.
I've also done a decent amount of pencil & paper rpgs over the years with different groups (D&D, Rift, Pathfinder) with plans on a new one with my roommate down the road.

Cute things? Cute things. I'm another one of the people sunk into touhou, although more for the music & some of the fan-made games. I don't hate myself enough to play the bullet hell games they are know for, or at least I don't hate myself enough yet.
I also have & play visual novels too. I have enjoyed the ones I have read through so far, & have a ton of others to get to someday. I will say on this topic I stay away from the ones that are only about sex. I mean if I want that, there are other places on the net to go for it. <.<

I have an ocarina that I plan to learn to play at some point. >.>
I bought it like 2 years ago & have yet to actually get around to it mostly due to living in apartments at the time but since I'm in a house now could actually get around to practicing during the day since no one else is here at the time.

I'm really not sure what else to put down here. Outside of me saying that I'm a bean pole in real life. No really, I'm 6 foot 4 inches & I think about 140ish pounds? Very much a stick figure. I'm aware for my height I'm about 20-30 pounds underweight, but my body is frigging weird, something I can attest to my sleep schedule (or lack thereof).

I think that works for an introduction? I'm going to go back to my little corner of the net to probably do nothing but stare at the wall because that seems to be a thing I do lately.


I will try to somewhat post & be active, as that is the point of being on a forum in the first place.

welcome~! what kind of board games are you into? i used to go to a small comic/game shop in my town to play tabletop games but not too much anymore.

Hey Rob! Thanks for posting and sharing a bunch about yourself. I'm the same with Touhou. There's a lot of good music for it and I've played a few fangames myself. I also attended Touhoucon 2014 down here in Anaheim, CA. It was fun!

Don't be so negative though! Streaming is a good experience and I don't think you should be calling your streams a failure. You are yourself and that's what I like about your streams. Once you do decide to start streaming on hitbox I have no problems with putting you in the Prinny Squad Team!

Oh I am joking on my streams, I mean the failure of whatever run I have going in SotS:The Pit since that game will kill you whenever it has the chance if you don't pay attention. I do wish someday to have my life at a point where I can plan to go to cons or whatnot.

Board games, I have a variety of different kinds, couple wargames (The old Axis & Allies), some euro games (like Catan & Powergrid) & a bunch of different random ones that I played a couple times & liked/caught my eye. At some point I should just take some pictures of the shelf of games I have downstairs.

PS. It's pretty hard typing while a cat decides to sleep on you.
