Unscheduled stream acquired

I'm not good with introductions and also new to this streaming stuff, so I like to keep things short. The most I can do is Steam games right now. As soon as I get a capture card I will stream Vita games. Most of the games will be Japanese based, so no COD or LoL. Though I do play western games time to time. Talking on stream is something I rarely do, but occasionally I will try to answer questions instead of typing them. During streams I will play anime songs, and if you have some (that I like) feel free to share them in chat. Lastly, if someone could make an offline cover and Neptunia style image boxes for my profile, (like susboy's) that would be a huge help.

When I go live is random. If there is anime airing, it will take priority over streaming.

If anyone knows how to stream iOS games, I really would like to know how set them up.

It's for the asshats that will come in and just trash the games we play. I don't want those types of people. Will try to reword it better.

That rule was a bit unclear then. Makes more sense just to say to not be a jerk.

Decided to get rid of it and only put four rules. If things come up later, I will add more.
