Forum UPDATE V 1.24

Short List of Changes:

-Got rid of chatbox. Does not work like I intended it too.
+Changed Default Avatar to a Prinny. Previous one was too big. (I STILL RECOMMEND TO CHANGE YOUR AVATAR. BUILDS CHARACTER.)
+Added Events and Forum Feedback Section - Events will be used mainly for group events. Feedback section is place to leave feedback about the forum and contribution.
-Users will not be allowed to change their usernames. This can only be done by an admin.
+Signatures are now possible to use
+Added Helper (Temp name?) Group. Will be explained on another thread.

NOTE: I highly recommend that you change your date format. The default doesn't look that nice. You can also change it so it's not military time if you wish to do so. You can do this by...

->Going to USER CP -> Preferences -> Date Format (Also make sure your Time Zone is correct.)
